Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product engineering or product architecture.
• Familiarity with DRAM architectures, including LPDDR and/or DDR technologies.
• Understanding of memory hierarchy, memory controllers, and PHY fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Explore and evaluate system architectures using modeling, simulation, and prototyping tools.
• Engage customers and partners to identify system bottlenecks and future memory innovations.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers.
