Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development within the Platforms Practice. You will lead the delivery of complex solutions across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces, guiding client engagements from planning through execution.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, agile delivery, API design, and cloud-based distributed systems, with opportunities to mentor teams and work in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like: D3, Highcharts, Ploty.js, Ember Charts
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing
• Knowledge of frontend “best practices” around page performance
