Job summary

EY seeks a talented Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of complex software platforms. You will identify user needs, define UI requirements, and guide teams across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces, while coding and specifying solutions that align with business goals.

You’ll work in EY’s Platforms Practice, collaborating with product leaders, data scientists, designers, and engineers in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Experience building production-scale software systems.
4+ years of experience with Java or C#.
4+ years with Spring Boot, .Net or .Net Core.
Nice to have: AWS or GCP experience.
Solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals.
Experience with unit testing or TDD.
Strong communication skills with staff at all levels.
Self-motivated and quick learner.

Responsibilities

Develop requirements and UI specifications for interfaces across mobile, web and tablet platforms.
Lead delivery of processes, solutions and projects with emphasis on quality and risk.
Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
