You will lead teams, collaborate with clients, and drive quality and risk management across projects, with travel as needed. A strong foundation in CS, testing, and modern software practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building scalable production software systems.
• 4+ years of Java or C# experience.
• 4+ years of Spring Boot, .Net or .Net Core experience.
• Nice to have: AWS or GCP experience.
• Solid computer science fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing or TDD.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and quick learner.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients; participate in sessions and lead workstreams.
• Travel may be required when servicing external clients.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and propose policy changes as needed.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
