Job summary

In this client-facing role, you’ll manage projects, mentor engineers, and ensure quality and risk controls while collaborating with distributed teams. Travel to client sites may be required to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field; 4-year degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience building production-scale software systems.
• Java or C# with 4+ years.
• Spring Boot or .Net/.Net Core with 4+ years.
• Nice to have AWS or GCP.
• Strong CS fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing or TDD.
• Excellent communication across levels.
• Self-driven with quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with external clients, lead workstreams from planning to closure.
