Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions across mobile, web, and tablet interfaces. You’ll identify user requirements, guide architecture evolutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

You will engage with external clients, drive workstreams from planning through execution, and sometimes travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of production software experience.
• Proficiency with Java or C# and Spring Boot or .Net frameworks.
• Experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients in sessions and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Travel may be required as needed by clients.
