Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise workplace technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Copilot, Intune, and Power Platform.
• Experience delivering end‑user training and technology enablement programs.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Power Platform solutions.
• Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and on‑demand training for employees with varying tech skills.
• Create learning resources such as job aids, videos, tutorials, and knowledge articles.
• Develop communication and change strategies to support launches and enhancements.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and gather feedback to improve experience.
• Analyze adoption and training metrics to measure impact and guide improvements.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration, implementations, and governance.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Communications and business teams to advance digital transformation.
• Explore AI to scale learning and improve knowledge management.
