Qualifications

3-5 years of consulting, advisory, or transformation experience.
Experience independently managing workstreams and delivering client-facing results.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Background in management consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, technology consulting, or data analytics.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform, SQL, Python, Alteryx.
AI-enabled tools and automation technologies.
Ability to combine analytical thinking with practical business solutions.
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute consulting workstreams with limited oversight.
Partner with clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and develop actionable solutions.
Support digital transformation, data and analytics, AI, technology enablement, and process improvement initiatives.
Develop client-ready presentations, analyses, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
Build dashboards, perform data analysis, and leverage technology tools to solve business problems.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate recommendations effectively.
Mentor junior consultants when appropriate and contribute to the growth of the Digital Solutions practice.
