Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a product strategy and transformation practitioner to connect strategy to execution across products, teams, and operating models. You will lead workstreams on digital product strategy, AI-enabled change, and operating model transformation for client engagements.

You will assess product organizations, mobilize teams, and translate recommendations into actionable operating rhythms and delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, transformation, or related work.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams and managing stakeholder relationships with Senior Managers and Directors.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, transformation plans, or operating model recommendations.
• Strong communication, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI in product strategy and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams across client engagements focused on digital product strategy, product operating model transformation, and AI-enabled change.
• Conduct assessments of product organizations, product development practices, governance, team structures, and delivery models.
• Support the development of product strategies that connect customer needs, business priorities, market context, and technical realities.
• Help define and mobilize the operating model required to deliver product strategy, including team structures, governance, and blended resource models.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI and automation can improve product development and outcomes.
• Structure and synthesize research, stakeholder input, and market context into clear recommendations.
• Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders across business, product, design, engineering, and data teams.
