Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, transformation, or related work.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to define and mobilize product operating models including governance and team structures.
• Strong communication, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of how AI can create value across product delivery and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams focused on digital product strategy and AI-enabled change.
• Assess product organizations, development practices, governance, and delivery models.
• Develop product strategies aligning customer needs with business priorities.
• Define operating models, governance, and blended client/Accenture resources.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation improve delivery and outcomes.
• Synthesize research and stakeholder input into clear recommendations.
• Facilitate sessions with client stakeholders across business, product, design, data teams.
• Translate recommendations into operating rhythms and next steps.
• Coach junior team members and support career growth.
• Create client-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Support proposals, recruitment, capability-building, and knowledge sharing.
