Job summary

Accenture will lead digital product strategy engagements, guiding senior clients through ambiguity to prioritize investments and shape product operating models. You’ll mobilize cross-functional teams and governances to deliver AI-enabled transformations that align with business goals.

You will mentor teams, develop strategic roadmaps, and contribute to business development, while leveraging Accenture's global capabilities in product design, technology, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements or major workstreams with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience developing product strategies, transformation plans, operating model recommendations, or innovation roadmaps.
• Strong consulting skills, including executive communication, workshop facilitation, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to define and mobilize product operating models, including governance and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on digital product strategy, product operating model transformation, and AI-enabled change.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on product vision, investment priorities, and governance.
