Job summary

MJH Life Sciences seeks a Digital Network Coordinator to oversee and optimize digital operations. You will monitor performance, coordinate installations, and troubleshoot network issues, acting as a bridge between technical and operations teams while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

The role requires 2–4 years in digital operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Salesforce skills. A hybrid work environment and a robust benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital operations or a related field.
• AI-native mindset with ability to use AI tools to improve workflow.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; nothing in the queue falls through the cracks.
• Clear and professional communicator, able to coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality assurance dashboards to ensure Salesforce fields are updated and network performance meets standards.
• Use AI tools to streamline daily checklist management, summarize system status updates, draft escalation communications, and improve routine tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve digital network issues independently; escalate unresolved issues with documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to emerging challenges without losing momentum on existing work.
• Act as a liaison between technical and operations teams to ensure clear communication across boundaries.
• Create and complete daily checklists to maintain QA across the digital network.
• Support the digital operations team during large projects, contributing to execution and follow-through.
• Participate in weekly and monthly leadership check-ins to review progress and set goals.
