Job summary

Reingold is seeking a digital engagement associate to join our Digital Project Management (DPM) team in a hybrid role. The position coordinates day-to-day digital projects for government, nonprofit, and association clients, builds roadmaps, tracks budgets and timelines, and aligns internal teams with client needs.

You’ll develop expertise in paid media, email, and SEO to inform channel strategy. This Level 3 (L3) role involves managing multiple accounts, owning client relationships, and growing

Qualifications

• General client-facing professional experience (agency/in-house/consulting).
• Strong organizational and time management skills; manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to gather and document project requirements.
• Genuine interest in digital engagement and PM; curious about paid media, SEO and content.
• Comfort using AI tools daily and embracing AI-forward workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements, objectives, and goals for digital engagements.
• Support discovery workstreams and lead Story Mapping / Experience Canvas activities.
• Prioritize product and campaign launches and maintain roadmaps in Confluence and Jira epics.
• Manage day-to-day budgeting, task assignments, and client communications for accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and build dashboards; collaborate with Content Strategy, UX, Analytics teams.
• Identify and remove roadblocks with clients and vendors to protect timelines and budgets.
• Guide teams on Agile/Kanban; take notes in client calls and follow up on actions.
• Track billable time and hit deadlines in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Support planning, execution, QA of paid media, email, and SEO campaigns; run A/B tests.
