Job summary
OMW Consulting seeks a Senior DevOps/SRE engineer to own the US production environment and build an AI-agent platform for cross-border collaboration with a China-based R&D team.
You will manage data storage, key management, and encryption services while enabling tool-calling interfaces, log lookups, and monitoring through conversational interfaces. This role requires handling US data-compliance and working with legal counsel across time zones.
Qualifications
- DevOps/SRE with cloud, Kubernetes & CI/CD
- Experience building AI-agent systems with LLM tool-calling (LangChain, MCP)
- Security/compliance focus incl. encryption, key management, access control
- Design guardrails for data masking and permissions with auditable logs
- Legal and data-compliance collaboration across jurisdictions
- Coordination with remote China-based team across time zones and languages
Responsibilities
- Own US production environment operations including data storage, key management, and decryption services
- Design and build an AI-agent platform enabling China-based R&D to perform deployments, log lookups, and monitoring via conversational interfaces
- Collaborate with legal counsel to implement US data-compliance on the technical side
- Coordinate asynchronously with China-based team across time zones and languages
