Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/analytical field.
• Experience prototyping and developing software with AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI agentic development tools and practical AI use in software.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development with focus on scalable, secure solutions and solid Agile/DevOps practices.
• Mentor an offshore development team and set clear goals/KPIs.
• Incorporate security, privacy, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
