Job summary

eMoney Advisor seeks a Manager, Development to lead multiple software teams and drive AI-first delivery across product roadmaps. You will shape strategy, foster agile best practices, and coach engineers toward high performance while maintaining strong governance in a regulated environment.

You will partner with product, architecture, QA, and operations to ensure scalable, secure software solutions and measurable improvements in cycle time and quality through AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of software development experience in engineering roles.
• 1+ year managing and leading engineering teams.
• Experience in Agile/Lean environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience attracting, hiring, and developing technical talent, including distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in production delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, hires, coaches, and retains high-performing software engineers with AI fluency progression.
• Plans, manages, and leads delivery of roadmap items and modernization initiatives using AI-driven workflows.
• Maintains alignment between product roadmap, architecture, and development processes.
