• Build AI-enabled support experiences with contextual understanding.
• Design secure external API platform capabilities with OpenAPI and versioning.
• Own authentication and credential workflows for external integrations.
• Establish standards for AI + automation in production with telemetry and audit logs.
• Remain hands-on ~50% through critical-path coding and reviews.
• Drive federated delivery with API owners, security, and shared services.
• Coach and develop engineers with high-quality delivery and collaboration.
