Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Sr. Manager Design Technology, AI Frameworks, AEC to lead a component-based AI design framework across the Autodesk platform. You will work with Design and Engineering to drive AI-augmented design and establish a reusable component library for scalable experiences.

Collaborate to set standards, processes, and best practices, and build a strong team of UX Engineers, Motion designers and Architects to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing front-end or full-stack teams
• 12+ years related experience
• Experience creating and maintaining reusable UI components and component libraries
• AI tooling fluency with Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or equivalent
• Expert React & TypeScript with hooks and state management

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of adaptive, context-aware UI components that scale across agentic workflows
• Establish and maintain a modular framework for personalized and agent-assisted user experiences
• Establish scalable processes that speed delivery from prototype to deployable solutions
• Build collaborative relationships and demonstrate value for stakeholders to adopt framework components
• Build and develop a strong team of UX Engineers, Motion designers and Architects
