Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Sr. Manager Design Technology, AI Frameworks, AEC to lead the AI design framework team within the Applied Intelligence design group. You will shape a modular component library and scalable processes enabling AI-augmented design across the platform.

Collaborate with Design and Engineering to drive agentic experiences, mentor UX engineers and architects, and establish standards for cross-team adoption. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Design Frameworks, AEC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing front-end or full-stack teams.
• 12+ years related experience.
• Experience creating reusable UI components and libraries.
• AI tooling fluency with Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist or equivalent.
• Expert React & TypeScript with state management and modern UI practices.
• Experience leading architecture and development of large-scale web applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of adaptive, context-aware UI components that scale across agentic workflows.
• Establish and maintain a modular framework that supports personalized and agent-assisted user experiences.
• Establish scalable processes that speed delivery from prototype to deployable solutions.
• Build collaborative relationships and demonstrate value for stakeholders to adopt framework components and best practices.
• Build and develop a strong team of UX Engineers, Motion designers and Architects that can execute the frameworks.
