Job summary

Newton Research is seeking a contract designer to shape our brand across decks, emails, landing pages, and merch. You will also build a markdown-based design system for AI tools to read and apply consistently company-wide.

You should be excited about AI in daily practice, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to scale as an AI-native company evolves its design language. This remote, part-time role is 20+ hours weekly for three months with a possibility to extend.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating range across brand, marketing, and sales materials.
• Hands-on experience using AI in design, including image generation and AI-assisted ideation.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems or brand guidelines in markdown or structured text.

Responsibilities

• Design sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies.
• Create trade show branding: booth graphics, signage, banners, collateral.
• Design branded merchandise and email templates and landing pages.
• Use AI tools for concepting and moodboards to move from brief to output quickly.
• Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to translate briefs into on-brand visuals.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
