The Robert Bosch Tool Corporation in Mount Prospect, Illinois, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead regional S&OP, forecasting, and inventory optimization in a hybrid role with 60% in-office presence.

You will orchestrate cross-functional planning between commercial, supply planning, and finance, drive KPI governance, apply AI-enabled forecasting, and develop the team through coaching in data storytelling, Python/R, SQL, and planning tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive demand planning experience in consumer goods or related sectors.
• Experience leading S&OP/IBP cycles with portfolios >$500M.
• Proven root-cause analysis using DMAIC, 8D, Pareto, 5 Whys.
• Experience with AI forecasting, demand sensing, and Generative AI for scenario modeling.
• Hands-on with SAP/S4HANA and planning tools such as Maestro/Blue Yonder.
• Advanced modeling with Power Query, DAX, Excel and BI visualization.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly regional Demand Review within S&OP cadence across product lines.
• Govern KPI like Forecast Accuracy, Bias, OTIF, and inventory levels; drive improvements.
• Embed AI into planning rituals and supervise automated baseline generation.
• Resolve supply/demand imbalances and optimize safety stocks and replenishment.
• Coach analysts and build digital fluency in data storytelling and enterprise planning tools.
