Zero Homes is hiring a Business Operations Analyst, Planning to shape future offerings and capacity across markets. You’ll build demand forecasts, plan contractor capacity, and align supply with demand while partnering with Fulfillment and Finance.

The role emphasizes forecasting accuracy, cross-market coordination, and scalable planning systems, with a path toward AI-enabled processes and transparent leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in supply/demand planning or a data-heavy analytical role, preferably at a high-growth company.
• Strong numerical rigor and comfort with complex data across markets and programs.
• Ability to present plans to leadership and defend assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecast by market, channel, and program using real drivers.
• Translate demand into supply requirements and quantify constraints.
• Run the S&OP cadence aligning Sales, Fulfillment, and Finance.
• Develop and document modern planning stack with AI-enabled models.
