Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Software Engineer III on the Customer team to drive AI-assisted software delivery and agent development. You translate requirements into structured workflows, validate outputs, and deliver scalable technology solutions with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include breaking down requirements, building and testing across the lifecycle, and ensuring quality through reviews of agent-generated assets and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Break down requirements into structured tasks for agent-assisted delivery workflows.
• Execute software and agent development lifecycle activities across build, test, release, and validation.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, product, UX, and technical docs teams to ensure delivery consistency.
• Review agent-generated requirements, code, test assets, and docs for quality and alignment to requirements.
• Design and support AI agent implementations for software engineering use cases such as requirements analysis, code generation, test generation, release support, and documentation.
• Apply Agentic Development Lifecycle practices including task decomposition, context scoping, guardrails, validation checkpoints, and human-in-the-loop review.
