Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or SDLC delivery roles.
• 1+ years of experience reviewing code, tests, or technical deliverables for quality and alignment.
• 1+ years in Agile delivery environments with sprint execution and backlog refinement.
• 1+ years of experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• 1+ years of experience with prompt engineering or structured prompting.
• 1+ years designing or implementing AI agents for software engineering or DevOps.
• 1+ years applying Agentic Development Lifecycle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Break down requirements into structured tasks for agent-assisted delivery workflows.
• Execute software and agent development lifecycle activities across build, test, release, and validation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure delivery consistency.
• Review agent-generated outputs for quality and alignment to requirements.
• Design and support AI agent implementations for software engineering use cases.
• Apply Agentic Development Lifecycle practices to improve delivery reliability.
• Lead engineers in secure, scalable AI-assisted development practices.
• Stay current on best practices for AI agent development and governance.
