Labcorp is seeking a seasoned IT project delivery leader to spearhead end-to-end projects and enterprise initiatives. You will align with business objectives, manage governance, budgets, and executive reporting while driving value across cross-functional teams.

The role requires delivering through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, partnering with stakeholders, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve planning, forecasting, and performance. Monday–Friday schedule; full-time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years leading IT project delivery or Agile program management.
• Experience with digital transformation, data, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs.
• Establish governance, roadmaps, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
