Job summary

Qualified Health is seeking an Engagement Manager for Data Modernization who will own the delivery lifecycle for major initiatives with health system partners. You’ll drive modernization to land Azure Databricks, cloud-native data architectures, and agentic AI workflows, coordinating across engineering, mapping, and infrastructure teams.

You’ll manage scoping, milestones, risks, and executive communications while ensuring timely handoffs to the Client Integration team and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related field.
• 4–7 years in technical project/program management or professional services.
• Experience with data platform, cloud infra, or data integration projects.
• Fluent communication, risk escalation, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% for on-site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the modernization engagement lifecycle from scoping to handoff.
• Serve as primary contact for partner stakeholders during engagements.
• Coordinate across engineering, data mapping, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across 2–3 concurrent engagements.
• Run weekly status calls and ensure clean handoff to the Client Integration team.
