Job summary

PLUM AI is seeking an AI-Enabled Data & Automation Engineer to solve complex data challenges through software and automation. You will build scalable data pipelines, ingest and enrich large datasets, and develop automation that powers lead generation using Python, Databricks, and LLM-powered tools.

You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, implement data cleansing and deduplication, and continuously evaluate AI tools to

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Strong Python programming for data processing and automation.
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake.
• Experience integrating data from multiple SaaS platforms via APIs.
• Undergraduate degree in CS, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large datasets.
• Develop Python-based automation for data collection and workflows.
• Build data processing workflows using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake.
• Integrate data from multiple SaaS platforms via REST APIs.
• Develop lead generation, enrichment, and sales intelligence workflows.
• Implement data cleansing, deduplication, and entity resolution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools to speed development and improve data quality.
