Plum AI, Inc. seeks an AI-Enabled Data & Automation Engineer to design scalable data pipelines, automate data collection, and leverage AI to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in data engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting and enriching large datasets.
• Develop Python-based automation for data collection, transformation, validation, and workflow orchestration.
• Build and optimize data processing workflows using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake.
• Integrate data from multiple SaaS platforms via REST APIs and other integrations.
• Create scalable workflows for lead generation, enrichment, and sales intelligence.
• Implement data cleansing, deduplication, entity resolution, and matching.
• Process structured, semi-structured, and JSON data from various sources.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to translate requirements to solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate AI tools to speed development and data quality.
