Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Data & Analytics team aligned to our TechEx Practice. You will work on data-driven solutions using SQL, Python, PySpark, or R, building dashboards in Tableau/Power BI and supporting business case development.

The role blends business acumen with technical problem-solving to deliver insights. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation window 2027–2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 and legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Willingness to hybrid work and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to define data-driven solutions.
• Deliver outcomes with West Monroe project teams.
• Initiate and complete project tasks under guidance.
• Document client business processes and requirements.
• Develop hypotheses using data science methods for insights.
• Create business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Utilize SQL, Python, PySpark, and R for data work.
• Design reports/dashboards with Tableau and Power BI.
