Job summary

TENEX is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable AI systems for autonomous detection and remediation in cybersecurity. You will collaborate across engineering teams to shape architecture and drive technical innovation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in software development, experience with distributed systems, and proficiency in Python/Go/Rust/Java, Docker, and Kubernetes. Hybrid onsite work with WFH Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 1–3+ years in software development and production systems.
• Proficiency with Python, Go, Rust or Java.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Drive large, abstract projects from start to finish with cross‑team alignment.
• Design and build AI layer powering autonomous detection and remediation.
• Productionize large language models and graph reasoning engines.
• Own evaluation, reliability, latency budgets and red‑team testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Detection Eng, and Customer Success.
