Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity AI Developer to join the Intel Sector in Laurel, MD, building innovative solutions for Cybersecurity Defensive Operations. You will create rapid prototypes, work with mission operators, and accelerate code development using corporate AI resources for vulnerability analysis, incident response, and threat emulation.

Qualified candidates have strong Python skills, foundational cybersecurity knowledge, and experience with AI/LLMs in production.

Qualifications

• Degree with software development lifecycle experience (requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python for application development, scripting, and data manipulation
• Solid cybersecurity foundations and defensive operations knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develop software that increases speed and efficiency of defensive cyber operations
• Collaborate with mission operators to translate workflow challenges into solutions
• Leverage LLMs and corporate AI resources to scale data analytics
• Support vulnerability patching, incident response, and threat emulation
