Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer III - Legal Transformation, Operations & AI to design, develop, and support scalable software products, AI-enabled solutions, and data integrations for improving governance and decision-making.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, data, automation, and cloud technologies within the Legal Transformation and Operations team, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into secure, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering or application development experience.
Strong proficiency .Net Full Stack & Reach JS or Angular JS.
Experience building and supporting enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, or workflow automation.
Hands-on experience building AI agents using Python and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
Experience developing LLM-enabled solutions using models such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini, including prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, function calling, multi-agent systems, and MCP.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and automations.
Build scalable solutions that connect enterprise platforms, business systems, data sources, AI services, and cloud services.
Translate business requirements into maintainable technical designs and reusable components.
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions with modern engineering practices.
