Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical management and people leadership.
• Strong Data Engineering background with SQL across ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka, Airflow, Terraform, Python, and Datadog.
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding workflows, including multi-step AI development loops to build, test, and ship code beyond AI-assisted autocomplete.
• Technical depth with mentorship, team-building, and communication skills.
• Experience building or implementing a Customer 360 or CDP is a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
