Job summary

Emeritus is seeking a Curriculum Designer to translate the programme's academic vision into coherent, engaging learning journeys across semesters and locations. You will design the detailed curriculum across the undergraduate learning journey, working with host faculty to integrate modules, experiential learning, projects, assessments and host-university teaching into one coherent programme.

The role requires strong expertise in backwards design, faculty collaboration, curriculum architecture

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in curriculum design or a related field.
• Experience designing undergraduate programmes and multi-module learning journeys.
• Strong ability to use generative AI and other AI tools across curriculum design and assessment.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows, prompts or templates for scalable faculty use.
• Experience working with university faculty across multiple delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate programme outcomes into clear semester and module learning outcomes in collaboration with Academic Director and faculty.
• Design and maintain the overall curriculum map across semesters and locations.
• Integrate host-university modules into the broader degree curriculum with coherence to outcomes.
• Ensure modules and experiences contribute to the degree outcomes and learning journey.
• Use AI-enabled curriculum mapping tools to identify gaps and inconsistencies across modules.
• Develop tools to monitor alignment between outcomes, assessments, activities and experiential components.
• Collaborate to develop AI-enabled curricula tools and workflows for faculty.
