Amazon is seeking a Sr. Risk Manager to own end-to-end credit strategy for new marketplace launches in the WW Pay-by-Invoice lending portfolio.

You’ll shape product features, policies and processes that scale while balancing customer needs and business goals. This role sits at the intersection of product management, data analytics, and portfolio strategy, requiring strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and influence across Product, Tech, and Finance teams to drive growth and risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, business operations, or data analytics roles.
• Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Familiarity with risk management concepts including credit/portfolio risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and own portfolio health metrics, performance targets, and escalation thresholds across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify emerging trends and business risks; develop mitigation strategies to protect Amazon's balance sheet.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept to launch, balancing growth and sustainability.
• Partner with Product teams to define features, policies, and experiences enabling scalable, automated decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple teams and time zones; manage dependencies.
