Job summary

Asurion in Washington state seeks a Manager, Creative Strategy & Copy to shape messaging and craft customer-ready copy across channels. You will leverage generative AI tools to uncover insights, develop briefs, and turn strategy into compelling content while partnering with Brand and Creative Strategy leadership.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on writing, manage multiple projects, and drive scalable workflows that blend judgment with AI-assisted creativity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, advertising, marketing, or related field.
• Experience working in-house or at an agency or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong copywriting, editing, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing briefs, messaging and strategic recommendations.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on copy execution.
• Proven success using generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Use AI throughout the creative process to develop and refine strategies, uncover insights, generate and refine copy, and accelerate iteration.
• Write clear, focused creative briefs translating objectives into actionable direction.
• Develop messaging, positioning, value propositions, and communication frameworks.
• Turn strategy into external-facing copy across campaigns and marketing channels.
• Experiment with AI-enabled approaches to improve workflow and output.
• Partner with designers, copywriters, and teams through the creative process.
• Collaborate across research, product design, product marketing, and growth teams.
• Support creative work for new products, core clients, and brand initiatives.
• Present briefs, messaging, concepts, and recommendations to teams and leadership.
• Review work against strategy to strengthen ideas and execution.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
