Infobahn Softworld Inc. seeks a Technical Writer focused on CPU core documentation in Austin, TX. This part-time role emphasizes AI-assisted drafting, rigorous reviews, and publishing high-quality technical content.

You will work with CPU/SoC teams to produce internal and external documentation, including data books, errata, and PRs, while ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Strong English writing and AI tooling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools in technical writing or engineering workflows.
• Ability to integrate AI into production work with clear trust/verify decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OpenOffice software.
• Familiar with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Ruby.
• Experience creating/using structured documentation (XML, ODT) enabling AI publishing.
• Understanding of revision control systems (Git, Perforce, CVS, SVN).
• Willingness to learn evolving AI tooling and new skills.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Good understanding of semiconductor engineering terminology.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of CPU Core documentation for clients.
• Create, edit, review legally and technically, and publish docs (errata, data books, white papers, notes, PRs, web content).
• Apply LLMs and AI-assisted authoring with rigorous human review and validation.
• Build AI-enabled doc workflows: prompts, templates, and AI pipelines.
• Ensure documentation quality, consistency, terminology, cross-references, and localization readiness.
• Solicit customer feedback on accessibility, relevance, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with CPU design to produce machine-readable design content for AI tooling.
