TekWissen® is seeking a CPU Core Documentation Engineer to own end-to-end documentation for a leading CPU core family. The role combines technical writing with AI-enabled tooling to accelerate drafting, review, and publication while maintaining rigorous human validation against design sources.

You will collaborate with CPU design teams to structure content for machine readability, implement AI-assisted workflows, and ensure quality, accuracy, and localization readiness across documentation

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted technical writing and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating AI into engineering documentation workflows.
• Proficiency with structured docs (XML, ODT).
• Familiarity with revision control systems (Git, Perforce).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of CPU core documentation.
• Create, edit, review, and publish technical docs.
• Apply LLM tools with human validation.
• Build AI-enabled doc workflows and prompts.
• Ensure localization readiness and accessibility.
