Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an Advanced Cost Engineering & Value Optimization Lead to drive cost-optimized design decisions from concept to hardware/software readiness. You will partner with design, product development, and cost engineering to embed DTCost and VE principles into vehicle architecture and components.

In Cost Engineering & Total Production Cost, you will align cost targets with functional value and design intent while maintaining performance and customer value across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in the automotive/advanced manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, architectures, and production processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and influence design outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design to Cost and Value Engineering activities from early phases through TKOM.
• Identify high-impact commodities and architectures for Value Engineering loops.
• Facilitate cross-functional Design to Cost workshops with actionable design changes.
• Support design convergence by documenting cost-driven trade studies for leadership decisions.
