Job summary

Engineered Profiles LLC is seeking a Controller in Columbus, OH to lead all accounting functions and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will manage monthly closes, coordinate audits, and drive automation across the finance team.

The role requires strong leadership, deep accounting expertise, and the ability to implement AI-enabled tools while maintaining internal controls and data security in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
• CPA or CMA certification (or in progress) is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting in line with US GAAP.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with department owners.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings with external CPA firms.
• Drive AI, automation, and data-analytics improvements across accounting processes.
