Qualifications

Strong commercial contracting and legal-language fluency with a product-management mindset.
Hands-on in building systems, playbooks, AI-enabled workflows, and reporting.
Experience owning a CLM platform and designing templates, clauses, and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

Own the service strategy, operating model, and performance tracking for the AI-led contracting desk.
Design and deliver playbooks, templates, and escalation processes for coordinators.
Pilot AI capabilities, measure cycle time and adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with Legal, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to define guardrails and risk management.
