Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Content Performance Analyst embedded in Global Editorial Operations Strategy. You will unlock data across GEO and related functions to produce decision-ready insights and narratives that inform prioritization and leadership decisions.

You will strengthen QA and measurement systems for AI-assisted content production at scale. This role requires strong analytical discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to synthesize information for senior audiences,

Qualifications

2+ years of analytics/operations analysis, BI, or related field.
Advanced Excel and SQL or comparable querying tools.
Proficiency with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboarding best practices.
Experience building executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint.
Experience using AI-assisted tools with QA and source traceability.

Responsibilities

Data management: execute data pulls, reconcile sources, and document definitions.
Translate leadership questions into metrics and plans; assess confidence levels.
Create executive-ready presentations and visuals for strategy reviews.
Produce recurring performance reporting and track KPIs; refine metrics as needed.
Coordinate with GEO Strategy and cross-functional teams to align analyses with decisions.
