Job summary

Champions Group in Brea, CA seeks a Digital Content Marketing Intern (Generative AI) to support GEO and AI search strategies across 22 brands. You will learn prompt engineering and optimized AI workflows to craft high-converting content for Google Business Profiles under the guidance of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

This six-month internship is in-office, ~20 hours per week, and offers hands-on experience at the intersection of AI search, SEO, and content strategy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Data/CS, English, or related field.
• Exceptional writing with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Excellent time-management and multi-tasking across multiple brand accounts.
• Curious, analytical mindset focused on understanding the why behind strategies.
• Ability to manage administrative workflows efficiently in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Google Business Profile Content: create posts for multiple brand accounts.
• Prompt Engineering: write, test, refine prompts for AI-friendly outputs.
• GEO Strategy Support: perform admin tasks to maintain GEO and AI search strategy.
• Strategic Optimization: analyze performance to improve content quality.
• GLSA Analytics Support: gather and track GLSA data for local search optimization across brands.
