Pactum AI seeks a Content Engineer to produce visuals, video, and diverse formats using generative tools. You will work across the brand—from website to events—creating content that transcends traditional marketing and shapes a category-defining narrative.

You will leverage AI creative tools and a fast, scrappy mindset to deliver assets that drive engagement, with ownership over how the brand shows up publicly across channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional content creation experience across in-house, agency, startup, media, or creator roles.
• A portfolio featuring work that challenged norms or sparked debate.
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, ElevenLabs.
• Strong writing instincts across customer stories, press releases, and memes.

Responsibilities

• Build content across every format for the brand.
• Create content using AI tools to produce visuals, video, and formats beyond traditional marketing.
• Own content moments from launches, events, and wins to form a cohesive narrative.
• Craft content that pushes a category viewpoint and supports product positioning.
• Develop systems to automate repetitive content tasks with AI.
• Engineer content for conversion and funnel awareness to support sales.
• Mine Gong calls and platform data to extract original insights for content.
