Job summary

Apptad Inc. is seeking a Compliance CRA Program Lead to convert global cyber regulations into a sequenced technical plan for internal teams to execute. You'll draft directions and track delivery, working hand-in-hand with the Product Manager who owns the broader roadmap.

Ideal candidates translate regulatory needs into concrete platform requirements, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain delivery schedules across multiple engineering teams. AI-driven planning is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Demonstrated fluency using AI as a default for research, planning, and writing.
Experience in a technical program management, technical lead, or similar hybrid role.
Experience with security, compliance, or regulatory requirements (SBOMs, vulnerability disclosure, audit documentation). Direct CRA experience is a plus.
Track record working closely with a product manager and coordinating with other PMs and stakeholders.
Strong grasp of software architecture to draft technically credible proposals.

Responsibilities

Draft the CRA program's technical roadmap and execution plan as requirements evolve.
Translate regulatory requirements into concrete technical proposals for the platform.
Drive engineering tracking for the CRA program and surface risks to keep delivery on schedule.
Represent CRA in meetings with legal, compliance, and engineering leadership to ensure shared understanding.
Coordinate CRA work with the core platform roadmap and sequence it against other initiatives.
Unblock engineers by facilitating progress and maintaining momentum.
