Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Compliance & Investigations Counsel to own our legal investigations program and advance critical compliance activities. The role can be hybrid at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters or fully remote across the US.

You will build and refine investigation procedures, leverage AI-enabled tools, and partner with Finance, People & Culture, and other stakeholders to embed integrity across our global operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years practicing as an attorney with corporate investigations experience.
• Experience designing investigations or compliance processes using technology solutions.
• Familiar with global legal regimes addressing compliance obligations.
• Familiar with business processes for public technology companies, including channel sales, procurement, systems development and management.
• Curious about AI tools and integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern the legal investigations function with key stakeholders in Finance and People & Culture to refine procedures and leverage technology.
• Embed whistleblower compliance and evolving global laws into the corporate culture.
• Oversee AI-enabled channel partner due diligence program and expand analytics to monitor risk.
• Improve controls around gifts, conflicts of interest, and training approaches to raise awareness.
• Modernize the training program to measure impact and reduce administrative burden.
