Fordham University in New York seeks a Compliance and Audit Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational, administrative, and technology-enabled functions across compliance and internal audit.

You will manage calendars, coordinate audits, administer the GRC platform, oversee data aggregation, analytics, and reporting for senior leaders and governing bodies. A strong background in risk management, plus experience with AI-enabled tools, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, internal audit, or risk management operations.
• Experience using workflow automation, dashboards, data visualization and AI-enabled tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manages the annual compliance, internal audit and ERM project calendars with stakeholders.
• Coordinates audits, scheduling, document collection, communications and support.
• Acts as operational liaison among Compliance, ERM, Assurance and campus departments.
• Administers the GRC platform; maintains data integrity and user access.
• Supports data aggregation, analytics and reporting for leadership and boards.
• Oversees policy management lifecycle and publication processes.
• Manages compliance training deployment and tracking.
