Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, internal audit, or risk management operations.
• Experience with workflow automation and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual compliance, internal audit, and ERM calendars with cross-unit coordination.
• Coordinate internal and external audits: scheduling, document collection, and communications.
• Oversee GRC data integrity, access, and reporting via the platform.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Support policy management lifecycle and training deployment.
