Block, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Strategy & Program Lead to drive enterprise compensation programs in an AI-first operating model. You will own major pillars and partner with global teams to build scalable, self-service governance and data-driven pay decisions.

You will work with Comp Ops, Data, and tooling to automate rules, influence talent strategy, and ensure equity and competitive market positioning across functions. This is a senior, strategic role with high visibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and scaling enterprise compensation programs.
• Strong quantitative modeling and data rigor.
• Fluency with modern comp planning and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver core compensation program pillars (e.g., focal cycles, equity, salary structures).
• Build self-service governance and automate workflows with policy as code.
• Advise senior leadership on market positioning, pay equity, and org design.
