Job summary

enGen is seeking a Business Technical Analyst to support the application lifecycle with emphasis on claims processing. You will translate business needs into detailed specs, participate in Agile scrum teams, and help drive AI/automation initiatives in the claims domain.

The role requires 3–5 years in IS/IT, Bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience with claims software platforms such as Facets, Amisys, or HealthRules. Office-based role with some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IS/IT; healthcare experience preferred (1–3 years).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; familiarity with QA/testing processes.
• Exposure to claims processing software such as Facets, Amisys, HealthRules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and team members to define capability needs.
• Create and maintain requirements, user stories, and UI design deliverables.
• Participate in SDLC on Agile Scrum teams in various roles.
• Support testing activities: test plans, scenarios, defects, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation in the claims domain.
